To clarify the queries of the club funds.. (Please comment before friday too)
The club funds will be $15 per person in total. So those who have already paid $15 to the club for those 3 weeks, they don't need to pay anymore.. until further discussion...
(For the previous weeks, i really apologize, as the list seems to have been lost amongst the mess, i'll do my best to make sure that its neat and tidy in the future. I really apologize.)
The club funds will be used for
1. Studio Booking
2. Funding of AAA batteries for the speaker. (6 AAA batteries is needed for every use)
Since as said by some members, the amount is too much, however since some of the members have already paid full $15, we're thinking of letting everyone decide what they want to use on with the amount donated.
3. Printing of Member cards?
4. Printing of Member ezlink stickers? (Instead of member cards, ezlink stickers are used, so that you can paste on any card you want, or just use it as it is)
5. Donate to SFI (then everyone, hopefully, will be upgraded =D and will be able to watch earlier subbed videos, we should all be members of SFI right? Since this dance club is under SFI)
6. Printing of Club tee (however, everyone would have to pay more for this. Depending on the design of the club tee. probably 25 - 35 in total?)
7. Funding for celebrations/events/activities. (However, everyone has to attend, if not it won't be fair right?)
8. Funding for banners etc in case SHINee comes to Singapore again... ... ... if they do that is.
Some of the funds may exceed, and thus we might require everyone to pay more, so to help us, it'd be great if anyone has AAA batteries at home that they can donate to the club =D
