I'm just super bored as i can't sleep anymore (3am here btw) thus i'm just collating everything discussed and putting it here. =D)
1. Dance filming will be on the 17th of April. Venue should be at Bukit Merah. (Will reconfirm with everyone again regarding venue.) Booking hours will be 5 hours (Subjected to changes).
2. Since we have collected $5 per person per week, its probably easier for us if we continue this? Starting from 6 March onwards.

3. Dance outfit. (This isn't discussed, but i believe that its better if its addressed properly as soon as possible, since we'll be wearing it for the filming?)
Are there any groups out there who have already decided and bought their dance performance outfit, if so, please do tell me, or tag in the tag board.
Currently its Blue top, black bottoms. (Outfit shall go in sync with your group.) However, if no one has decided and bought, maybe its better if we re discuss as a whole club to decide?
4. For the filming, there will be 3 - 4 groups doing the group formations (a.k.a. whole song), however amount of groups differs according to how the group is performing as a whole. (is it ok to presume that the groups will be videod together, or is it one by one? (i'd much prefer together though))
Then the rest will join in for a mass dance during the chorus. (This will be super messy, however, that way everyone will be included in the video, thus we'll need everyone to commit on the 17th, and to be punctual. Please do leave that day free.)
However, all groups, be it full 5 members or not, please do aim to complete full dance formations. Feel free to ask other groups to help you if need be =D
5. We'll be focusing only on Replay from now on. So as to prepare every group and every member. Please do take this chance to mingle around with every member to get to know each other.
We'll have a whole club discussion from around 4 - 5 for every dance practice, and mass whole club final dance round up from 5 - 6. Please do try to make it for whole club discussion =D.
6. Dance practice will be held every saturday, from 12 - 6 at cityhall unless stated. (Will be posting in twitter, tumblr, blogger (here), facebook (? once we create tt is).)
7. Once the song is playing, and if someone is dancing, feel free to join in at anytime. If anyone has any enquiries on the dance steps, please feel free to ask around for people to teach. If anyone wishes to ask Ziyi on dance steps, please do go to her as an entire group, best if all the groups tt needs training to approach at the same time.
8. Club funds shall be collected via group leaders from now on. Updates on progress, and who can't be attending tt day, who needs to leave late or arrive late, leaders please do update us. If there's any wish on teaching of dance steps, its best if leaders of different groups come together and discuss before approaching our lead choreographer.
9. Someone has suggested a common tee that represents the whole club. what are your comments on this (now everyone has to comment on this. actually EVERYONE, comment on every point. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.)

12. Please make sure to attend every Saturday's practice. From now on, Personal Reasons are not accepted. Please do explain to us in detail as to why you can't attend. It's not like we'll condemn you for anything. We're just doing this just to tell everyone that we're starting to get serious. if we're not ever.
13. And um michi, it seems that majority in the main committee has decided that unless there's a valid reason, it is vital that you make it for the dance practice this saturday. (Her group members please do attend too, and all involved.) At least from 4 pm to 5pm.
14. All other idol group songs are *banned* , unless during breaks. Please do inform us, and proceed to the far corners and play the music at the acceptable volume, and cease practices once the break is over (a.k.a. we start dancing to replay)
15. Celebrations and special group meets / events, like any SHINee member's birthday, anniversary celebrations etc are considered, since it helps all of us to bond =D

Since i'm the one who created this post. i shall do a demo. If anyone appears to have the same content as mine, i'll bonk ur head D:
1. Bukit Merah is far x.x but i want it to be 5 hours =x but... 40 x 5 = $200?
2. =D to me, it seems like this way is the most feasible.. but can change~~ x.x seems like alot hor?
Hope that once we donate the rest of the funds to sfi, all of us will be upgraded? (earlier hello baby or future subbed videos? but if there's anyone who doesn't wish to be upgraded in their ranks, just tell us.)

3. For my group it has been brought up a few times, but didnt come to conclusion coz we rather concentrate on practicing. But we want to follow a colour theme. say pink/black/white. doesnt matter what kind of tops/bottoms. as long as follow the colours.
4. oh, will the venue be big enough to accommodate us all? even if its 3 groups, we need LOTS of space to move. if it is, then its fine. if not, do group by group then cut and paste the vid?

1. Haha i don't mind the place, because it's very near my house! But even if it's very far, like pasir ris, i won't mind, because of $$$$!!
2. I have a suggestion, instead of collecting $5 every week for the studio fees, we should let the group pay by how much time they have taken up to record their own video. Like if they took 2 hours to record, then they will pay the 2 hours fee. Its more fair to others than paying $75 per group.
For the mass dance, we will then divide by everyone who has taken part and how long we have all take to record the mass dance. I think it's better this way, because, really... S$75 is alot! X___X
